New patients please schedule an initial phone consultation. In this free 15 minute call we will discuss your health goals, answer any questions, and ensure we are a good fit to work together.

If you need to schedule a different day or time than the available appointments please use the waitlist. Be as specific as possible about your availability and when a spot opens up you will be notified via email. For initial phone consults we can often accommodate waitlist requested times.
